Yoga for Anxiety Workshop
In this workshop we will harness the power of the body to bring comfort to the mind. Included in this class is a 1-hour experiential yoga class specifically designed for easing our anxiety. Additionally, we will explore the mind-body connection, learn the body’s role in managing anxiety, and practice body-based techniques aimed at soothing our minds.

Demystifying Meditation
This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to learn how to meditate. We will cover the common misconceptions about meditation, the benefits of meditation and how meditation can change your brain. Participants will leave with a knowledge of the 3 requirements and the 5 essentials of meditation and how to start a home practice. The workshop will end with a guided meditation.
